At Mommy & Me Vibes, we take pride in providing high-quality, thoughtfully curated products. Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Mystery Beauty Bags or Mystery Boxes
- Build Your Own Glow Bags
- Customized products
Store Credit Eligibility ✨
While all sales are final, we may offer store credit under the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Clear photos of the product and packaging may be required
If approved, store credit will be issued as a digital store credit code that may be used on a future purchase at Mommy & Me Vibes.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 📦
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

Subscriptions & Recurring Purchase Options ✨
If Mommy & Me Vibes offers subscriptions, memberships, recurring deliveries, loyalty programs, Glow Girl Club memberships, or other recurring purchase options in the future, customers may cancel eligible recurring services before their next billing date to avoid future charges.
Charges that have already been processed may not be eligible for refunds. Any refunds, credits, or cancellations related to recurring purchase options will be reviewed in accordance with the terms of the specific subscription, membership, or promotional program.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription payments, membership fees, recurring charges, promotional enrollments, and renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.
